Would Leon Kennedy Make Use of Kettlebell Weights?

By Rob Sutter

After participating in "Resident Evil 4" yesterday, it's dawned on me just how much Leon Kennedy has to suffer through. The primary character of the game seems to be burdened - to say the least - not just with a lot of affected zombie-like humans but protecting Ashley, the daughter of the game's president. For the most part, Kennedy does his job well but I think that he could stand to be even sturdier. This is why I recommend the application of kettlebell weights more than just about anything else.

Being a qualified ex-police officer in his own right, Kennedy knows how to defend himself. Like any specialist you may think of, he's a good shot with a gun and he will be able to take the fight to just about any supernatural or infected monster that stands in his way. He's also handy in terms of hand-to-hand combat, being able to change between the two styles of battle in a seamless way. However, I can't help but feel as though he's routinely met with beings stronger than he is.

Jack Krauser is, in my mind, one of the more formidable opponents that Kennedy has come across during the game. For those who don't know, he was one Kennedy's partner when they were officers until he was supposedly dead. However, he came back and he returned with a form that possessed more of a mutant ability than anything you could consider human. This granted him a new level of power, which only made him more of a challenge for our main hero to take on and overcome.

Kennedy is clearly strong but are there ways for him to expand on the limits which he possesses? Kettlebell weights are one way to do it and I would suggest that this would be taken on more often. After all, people should be challenging themselves and seeing if the idea of capacity can be challenged and built upon. One's form can become more robust and refined, showcasing just how beneficial the efforts of names such as Lorna are in the grand scheme of things.

Kennedy proves to be more of the more robust action heroes seen in gaming but he is still very much mortal. He's going to stumble upon mutated creatures of likes of which we can only envision in the world that we live in today. The drawback is that Kennedy only has so much in the way of protection, seeing as how manmade weapons are his only means of guarding himself against such beings. When up against such odds, he could use all of the strength he can gather.
